Refund & Return Policy
At REVERA, we stand behind the quality, engineering, and effectiveness of our products. Because real results require consistent use, we offer a structured trial period alongside firm compliance guidelines to protect product integrity and hygiene standards.
1. The 90-Day Risk-Free Trial & Minimum Use Period
We want you to experience the full benefits of your REVERA device. True physiological results build gradually over time, which is why our policy enforces a mandatory evaluation period:
- The 30-Day Minimum Trial: To ensure an authentic evaluation, you are required to use your product for a minimum of 30 days. Return requests cannot be initiated, and return shipping labels will not be generated, during the first 30 days following delivery.
- The 90-Day Eligibility Window: All return requests must be submitted after day 30 and within 90 calendar days of the delivery date, as verified by carrier tracking.
- Product Condition: To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original physical condition and must include all original parts, cables, and accessories.
2. Restocking, Hygiene, & Return Fees
Due to the personal nature of our products, returned items cannot be repackaged or resold. To offset processing and environmental disposal costs, the following non-negotiable fees apply to all returns:
- Opened Products: Returns of opened or used products are subject to a 15% hygiene and disposal fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
- Unopened Products: Returns of completely unopened products in their original, unaltered factory shrink-wrap are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund.
- Return Logistics Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return shipping label (typically valued between $10 and $20 depending on region) will be provided, and the exact cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.
3. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items
For strict safety and sanitary reasons, certain items are entirely excluded from our return policy:
- Opened Gel Pads: Once the protective seal or packaging of a gel pad (including refills and subscription shipments) is opened, it becomes an immediate bio-hazard exclusion. Opened gel pads are 10% non-returnable and non-refundable. Unopened gel pads may be returned under standard terms.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without a verified REVERA return label, or packages refused at delivery, will be discarded. No refund will be issued, and the items will not be shipped back to you.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Shipments
We maintain strict quality controls, but we acknowledge that transit issues can occur. We resolve defects exclusively through component restoration:
- Defect Protocol: If your product arrives damaged or develops a mechanical defect within 90 days of delivery, contact us immediately. You must provide a clear video demonstrating the operational issue alongside a photo of the shipping label.
- Remedy: Confirmed defective products are eligible for a free replacement device only. Defective items are explicitly ineligible for monetary refunds.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking details indicate the package is lost in transit or if it has not arrived after 21 days, notify us within 7 days to secure a free replacement shipment. Claims made outside this 7-day window will require a shipment fee at the customer’s expense.
5. Authorization, Drop-Off, & Refund Timelines
To secure a refund, you must strictly adhere to our operational logistics flow:
- Pre-Authorization Required: Do not mail items to our corporate office or the original sender address. You must email our support team to receive an authorized regional fulfillment center label.
- 7-Day Drop-Off Window: Once your return label is issued via email, you have a strict 7-day grace period to drop the package off with the designated carrier. Failure to scan the package within 7 days will result in the immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the return authorization.
- Processing and Settlement: Once received at our regional warehouse, returns undergo inspection within 5 to 7 business days. Approved refunds are issued strictly to the original payment method. Depending on your banking institution, funds may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to credit your account.
